Canadian customers are billed in CAD; United States, Bahamas, Caribbean, and all other markets in USD. The published list rate is $4 per employee per month per suite in either currency ($16 per employee per month for all four suites). Monthly minimums ($400 to $700) apply in your billing currency for teams under 100 employees. The calculator on workzoom.com/pricing defaults to CAD when your browser timezone is Canadian and USD otherwise; you can switch currencies anytime.

No. Workzoom charges $0 in setup fees, implementation fees, or onboarding fees, and there is no long-term contract. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Data migration, configuration, training, support, and software updates are included in the per-employee monthly price [3]. For reference, ADP setup fees typically run $5,000 to $50,000, and Dayforce implementations run $10,000 to $150,000.
