Implementation
You own the decisions, the data, and the rollout.
You explain how your business runs. We bring the product and a coach who guides every step. No surprises about who owns what before you start.

01The model
This is your project. We're your partner.
Your team stays in control: you set the priorities, control the pace, and make the decisions. We bring the product knowledge and the working sessions.
02Roles and responsibilities
Who owns what.
Onboarding works because the responsibilities are clear from day one. Here is the split.
- A dedicated Liaison and Coach
- Orientation so your team learns the system early
- Questionnaires to capture your policies and processes
- Data import, one or two rounds, from your spreadsheets
- A sandbox with your real records to test in
- Hands-on training, guides, and working sessions
- A production environment when you are ready to roll out
- Leadership to sponsor the project and set objectives
- Project management, roughly one to two hours a week
- Your business expertise: the rules, processes, and goals
- Well-structured data in the spreadsheets we provide
- Validating that your data is accurate and complete
- Validating that the configuration does what you need
- Internal documentation and the roll-out to your people
Your coach facilitates and relies on your experts to decide. It is coaching, not consulting.
03Your time
Calendars fill up fast. Make the time.
Setup is focused working sessions plus the work your team does in between. The pace follows the time you put in.
Working sessions are for building, not status updates. Your Liaison and Coach answer questions inside your sessions rather than over email, so every client gets the same focus. Sessions that get skipped or treated as optional are the fastest way to slow a rollout down.
04Module effort
Not every module takes the same effort. Be honest about yours.
Onboarding runs in up to three streams depending on your modules. Some are ready in hours, others need real working sessions. Knowing where yours land keeps your timeline realistic.

05Timeline
How long it really takes.
Sprints run one to four weeks, each with a specific outcome. Many clients reach their goals in a single sprint. The pace is set by your team's effort, not by us.
06Best practices
Set yourself up to win.
A few habits separate the rollouts that fly from the ones that stall.
Consistent engagement is what drives a project forward. Regular sessions plus focused effort in between beats long gaps every time.
Solve the big objectives first. The fine details have their place, but they come after the system fits the way you work.
Re-orgs, new systems, and union negotiations are best handled outside the project. Too much change at once is hard to validate and hard to absorb.
New ideas will surface as you explore. Note them, finish your original goals, then revisit the extras after go-live.
Large teams need clear communication channels, cross-training, and internal documentation so a single absence does not stall progress.
How often you run payroll affects your parallel timing. Weekly leaves little room to validate. Monthly means a missed window costs a month. Plan for it.
07Included
Everything from kickoff to go-live. Included.
Implementation, migration, training, and support are part of your subscription. There is no separate implementation invoice and no setup fee.
08After go-live
Go-live isn't the end. It's the start.
You lead the roll-out to your organization: the timing, the change management, the rhythm. We help you get the system ready, then you take it from there. A phased launch or a full-scale one, your call. We help you assess readiness and prepare your teams either way.
After go-live, support is included with no time limit. Your scheduled coaching sessions taper off, but your Liaison and Coach stay part of your support network for escalations, planning, and new training.
For major releases, you get sandbox access to test changes against your own configuration before they reach your team. When you add a location or change a policy, the same team is there.
