02Inside the platform
What Anguillian employers run on Workzoom.
Employee self-service, admin dashboards, timesheets, and reports. One login covers the entire team, on any device.

Admin Dashboard
Headcount, turnover, and workforce trends update in real time. Your HR team sees the entire Anguillian operation on one screen, with every location rolled up automatically.

Organization Chart
The chart maps positions, not people. When someone leaves, the role stays in place along with the certifications and compliance requirements attached to it. Reorganizations stop being chaos.

Timekeeping
Employees clock in from the web, their phone, or a biometric device. Hours flow straight into payroll with overtime already calculated, so the pay run runs without surprises.

Leave Management
Requests come in from a phone, managers approve in a tap, and balances update everywhere at once. By the time payroll opens, accruals and deductions are already reconciled.

Payroll Financial Reports
Pay run summaries, deduction breakdowns, and remittance totals live in one report. Every line ties back to a calculation, and every calculation ties back to a record. Built for the way finance teams actually audit.

Benefits Administration
Enrollment, coverage, and plan management share the same employee record that runs payroll. The moment someone enrolls, deductions are already wired in. No duplicate entry, nothing to reconcile later.

Complete Platform ($16 per employee per month)
All four suites combined. For a 200-employee company, the complete platform costs $3,200 per month. For a 500-employee company, it costs $8,000 per month. Annual prepayment saves 5%, and non-profit organizations receive an additional 5% discount.
Discounts available
Annual prepay discount: 5% off when billed annually instead of monthly. Non-profit discount: 5% off for registered non-profit organizations. These discounts stack for a combined savings of approximately 9.75%. Example: a 200-employee non-profit on annual billing pays approximately $34,668 per year instead of $38,400, saving $3,732 annually.
What is included at no extra cost
Implementation and setup, data migration from existing systems (spreadsheets, other HRIS, payroll providers), training for administrators and end users, ongoing customer support, and all future software updates and new features. There are no per-payroll-run fees, no per-report fees, and no per-user license fees beyond the per-employee pricing.

06How it works
What running payroll in Anguilla actually requires
No personal income tax, but Social Security and Interim Stabilisation Levy contributions, residency rules, and multi-currency payroll all make specific demands of the system behind the payroll run. Here is what Workzoom's architecture handles so your team does not have to.
Single database. No sync required.
HR, Workforce, Payroll, and Talent share one employee record. When a rate changes in HR, payroll reads it immediately. No sync job between modules, no export to a separate payroll system, no reconciliation step between timekeeping and pay.
Social Security and Interim Stabilisation Levy configured.
Workzoom's payroll engine is built to handle Anguilla Social Security Board contributions and the Interim Stabilisation Levy, with employer and employee portions in one engine and rate changes propagating to every affected employee, ready for the day local payroll launches.
Date-effective corrections for seasonal hospitality.
Every record is date-stamped. Rehires, seasonal rate adjustments, and backdated corrections flow into the right pay period with the right rate applied. No recalculating affected cycles in a spreadsheet.
Position-based management for tourism and financial services.
Positions exist independently of the people filling them. Hospitality certifications, financial services licensing, and professional credentials attach to the position, not just the individual. Compliance alerts fire before credentials lapse.
XCD currency formatting and bank file generation.
Pay stubs formatted in East Caribbean dollars. Bank files generated for direct deposit to local institutions. Statutory remittance documentation bundled per pay cycle.
Data hosted in Canada, governed by Canadian law.
All data is hosted on AWS in Montreal, operated by Nortek Solutions Inc. (Workzoom's parent company). Canadian federal privacy law governs. No third-country data transfers unless you operate in those countries.
07b Statutory rates
Statutory payroll rates for Anguilla
Current employee and employer contribution rates, ceilings, and thresholds set by the issuing authority. Workzoom configures and maintains these rates in the platform, reviewed quarterly and on every statutory change, so payroll runs use the current values.
| Contribution | Rate | Year | Source | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Anguilla Social Security employee contribution | 5% | 2026 | Anguilla Social Security Board | |
| Anguilla Social Security employer contribution | 5% | 2026 | Anguilla Social Security Board |
Verified May 19, 2026 against the issuing authority for each line. Rates change. If you spot a discrepancy, contact us and we will update within one business day.

Questions about Anguilla
Specifics on running HR and payroll in Anguilla with Workzoom.
Deep dive
More about Anguilla HR and payroll.
Anguillan HR and payroll on Workzoom
Anguilla is a British Overseas Territory with a workforce composition that reflects its geographic position and economic profile. Tourism and financial services anchor the formal employment base, with public sector employment as a stable supplementary layer. HR and payroll platforms that serve Anguillan employers have to handle the statutory framework that applies locally, with appropriate respect for the way Anguillan organizations actually operate.
Workzoom supports Anguillan HR with the same architectural depth that anchors the Canadian, US, and Bahamian engines. The platform supports Anguilla with HR, Workforce, and Talent today; Workzoom calculates pay to gross and exports time and leave data so your existing payroll applies Social Security and the Interim Stabilisation Levy, with full Anguilla gross-to-net on our roadmap. The transparency of the pricing model ($4 per suite per month, $16 maximum for all four suites) applies to Anguillan customers identically to customers in any other market.
The Caribbean platform pattern
Workzoom's Caribbean approach is unified rather than per-territory. The same platform that serves Cable Bahamas in Nassau and Island Luck across 60+ Bahamian sites is the platform that serves Anguillan employers. The architecture handles jurisdiction-specific payroll rules natively, with banking integration to local rails where those exist.
The unified approach matters operationally for any Anguillan organization with regional ambitions or for parent organizations operating across multiple Caribbean territories. The platform reads each jurisdiction with appropriate compliance handling rather than forcing operations into a single rigid configuration.
Implementation timeline and support
Workzoom implementations target 4 to 8 weeks for most mid-market organizations. The implementation experience built up across Bahamian customers informs the playbook for new territories like Anguilla, where HR, Workforce, and Talent go live first and full gross-to-net payroll is on the roadmap. The phased rollout model (start with the highest-friction modules, validate, expand) translates directly across the region.
Support and configuration work happen on the same platform that serves North American customers. The Anguillan customer does not get a stripped-down regional variant; they get the full Workzoom platform with appropriate jurisdiction-specific configuration.
What the platform delivers for Anguillan employers
HR personnel records on a single platform. Payroll calculated to gross, with time and leave data exported to feed your existing payroll today and full Anguilla gross-to-net on the roadmap. Workforce management for shift-based operations. Talent surfaces for performance, learning, and engagement. Each suite is available at the published $4 per employee per month, with the bundle of all four at $16 per employee per month maximum.
For Anguillan organizations evaluating their HR and payroll stack, the conversation worth having is whether unified platform depth is what the operation needs. The Caribbean customers Workzoom serves today are working proof points that the platform delivers at the scale Anguillan employers operate.
