Definitions

Country support: Full payroll in Canada, the United States, and the Bahamas. HR, Workforce, and Talent in Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Antigua and Barbuda, Anguilla, the Cayman Islands, and the United Kingdom, ten countries total.

Workzoom Personnel: The personnel module inside the Workzoom HR Suite, sharing one employee record with payroll, scheduling, HR, and talent.

HRIS (Human Resource Information System): The database of record for every employee profile, position, and history. Workzoom is an HRIS that runs payroll and workforce management on the same record.

Single employee record: One row per person across HR, payroll, workforce, and talent, eliminating manual exports and integration middleware between modules.

Workzoom suite: The unit of pricing. The four suites (HR, Payroll, Workforce, Talent) are each $4 per employee per month, with no setup fees and no long-term contract.

Effective dating: How Workzoom records every change to compensation, position, or status with a start date so historical reporting is always accurate.

Insurable earnings: Wage portion subject to social-security contribution, capped at a country-specific ceiling.

Multi-country payroll consolidation: Consolidating payroll runs from every country a customer operates in into one executive view, with multi-country HR and payroll software carrying the employee record, statutory contributions, and government filings on the same platform.
